Environmental Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an Environmental Engineer to enhance our operations in Cape Town. This role is key to conducting research, preparing reports, and implementing solutions that add value to our clients while addressing environmental challenges. The candidate must have expertise in environmental regulations and strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate project proposals for environmental compliance.
• Lead environmental monitoring programs and data analysis.
• Educate clients on sustainability practices and environmental risk management.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Collaborate on grant applications and funding proposals for environmental projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting or engineering

• Air Quality Assessment

• Professional Engineer (PE)

Languages
