Job Description

As a Laboratory Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring efficient testing processes. You will manage a team of lab technicians, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of laboratory practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure adherence to testing protocols.
• Provide guidance and support to lab technicians.
• Monitor laboratory equipment maintenance and performance.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality within the laboratory.
• Review and analyze lab results to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in budget management for laboratory operations.
• Evaluate technician performance and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and GLP standards.
• Implement best practices in laboratory processes.
• Act as a point of contact for external audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field
• Advanced qualification in Laboratory Management preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of laboratory experience with supervisory responsibilities.
