Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee and streamline the supply chain processes within our manufacturing environment. The role demands exceptional organizational skills and a robust analytical mindset to ensure efficiency in logistics, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage supply chain strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and develop forecasts for demand planning.
  • Create and manage budgets related to supply chain operations.
  • Optimize warehouse operations to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely reporting of key performance indicators to senior management.
  • Foster relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Implement technologies to improve supply chain operations.
  • Lead meetings to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business
  • Professional certification in supply chain management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics management
