In this Johannesburg-based role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will work closely with finance and non-finance teams to enhance financial performance and inform strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of business cases, investment analysis, and cost-benefit comparisons
• Assist in identifying and capturing business improvement opportunities through solid financial insights
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Train and mentor junior finance staff
• Communicate financial performance and forecast results to leadership
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and project planning
