We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead our Durban warehouse operations. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse and transportation departments.
• Analyze workflow and implement improvements.
• Maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular audits and inventory checks.
• Manage warehouse layout to maximize efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Identify training needs and provide coaching for team members.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Business Management or related field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in warehouse operations management
