Job Description

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, your primary focus will be on developing and managing compensation plans that drive performance and competitive advantage. You will also oversee employee benefits administration and recommend enhancements rooted in workplace satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement health and wellbeing programs that meet employee needs.
• Review and update benefits packages based on employee feedback.
• Perform audits of compensation processes to ensure compliance.
• Prepare compensation reports for management review.
• Educate employees on compensation and benefits offerings.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new employees with respect to benefits education.
• Ensure adherence to labour relations protocols during compensation revisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits roles
