Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Talent Advisor to lead our recruitment initiatives in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in talent acquisition, coupled with a deep understanding of the South African job market. Your role will involve developing innovative recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and advising on best practices to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Design and update job descriptions for new and existing roles.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit.
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate selection and provide written feedback.
  • Research industry trends to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment process.
  • Foster relationships with universities and professional organizations to enhance talent sourcing.
  • Oversee the recruitment budget and optimize costs where possible.
  • Assist in planning and executing employer branding initiatives.
  • Continuously assess recruitment processes for effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Sociology is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role
