Responsibilities

• Lead design and development processes for various projects.

• Ensure compliance with local zoning and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design-related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural project management

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Architectural Designer (CAD)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with urban planning: Understanding of integrated design for urban environments.
