Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting data accurately and efficiently, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry tasks to assist various teams.
  • Monitor and review data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Help maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute documentation as required.
  • Report any data anomalies to the supervisor.
  • Engage with staff to facilitate efficient information flow.
  • Implement improvements to increase data entry efficiency.
  • Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss data management strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years experience in data entry or office administration
