Join our team as an HR Generalist in Johannesburg! This role is essential for overseeing various HR operations such as onboarding, employee relations, and training. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment processes to ensure timely acquisition of talent.
  • Manage employee training sessions and professional development initiatives.
  • Support and advise management on employee relations issues.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal obligations.
  • Monitor and manage employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain HR metrics and reporting systems.
  • Support health and wellness programs for employees.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Masters in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 3-6 years of comprehensive HR experience
