Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations by handling recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will collaborate with management to implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive workplace culture. This dynamic role demands strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment activities to attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and manage the onboarding process.
  • Support the performance appraisal process and management training.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR trends and best practices.
  • Ensure all employee actions are compliant with company policy.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation between employees.
  • Assist in the development of employee value propositions.
  • Conduct HR training sessions on policy awareness and compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
  • Master's degree or additional HR certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on employee relations and recruitment
