Job Description

As a Food and Tobacco Roasting, Baking, and Drying Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining baking ovens in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will ensure that all products are baked to meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Adjust oven settings based on product requirements.
• Participate in regular maintenance checks and cleaning schedules.
• Keep detailed records of production and machine settings.
• Support the training of new operators in machine handling and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience operating industrial ovens or processing equipment.

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
