Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience. You will assist with troubleshooting, provide product information, and escalate issues when necessary. Your role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to queries promptly.
  • Provide solutions in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record detailed notes of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Work with technical support for complex issues.
  • Guide customers through problem-solving steps.
  • Support marketing initiatives with customer insights.
  • Engage in continuous learning and adaptation to changes in services.
  • Promote offers and upsell services when appropriate.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role

  • CRM systems

Languages
  • English: Fluent
