Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee all phases of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are strictly followed on-site.
  • Review and approve work completed by subcontractors and employees.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Evaluate risks and develop contingency plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management or related field
  • Advanced diploma or higher qualifications are preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry
