Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the construction industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead construction meetings and provide updates on project status to senior management.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage procurement of materials.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in construction project management
