Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care and medication management in Cape Town. Your role will include dispensing prescriptions, conducting health screenings, and educating patients about medication therapy. Responsibilities

  • Supervise pharmacy operations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage inventory, assess stock levels, and order medications as needed.
  • Handle patient complaints and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Develop and implement patient education programs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuing education requirements.
  • Engage in quality improvement projects to enhance pharmacy services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy are an advantage
Experience
  • Experience with medication therapy management and patient counselling
