Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive design plans that meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Work closely with project managers to outline project scopes and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients to develop design ideas.
• Review and approve work completed by junior architects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure design fidelity.
• Prepare budget estimates and cost projections for projects.
• Implement design modifications based on client feedback and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with advancements in construction technology and materials.
• Drive sustainability initiatives in project designs.
• Foster a creative and collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Professional certification in Architecture preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in the architectural industry, with a focus on residential or commercial projects

• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages
