Job Description

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. We're looking for someone passionate about people and eager to make a difference in our workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and facilitate workplace integration.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation and employee records.
  • Support HR initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and compliance standards.
  • Facilitate skills development workshops and training sessions.
  • Assist with compensation and benefits administration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a human resources capacity
