Join our team as a Childcare Services Coordinator, where you will lead and manage a variety of childcare programs aimed at promoting child development and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and experience in childcare services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the childcare team in daily activities.
• Ensure all programs are inclusive and meet the needs of children from diverse backgrounds.
• Engage with external agencies to improve service delivery.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote childcare services available.
• Conduct regular safety checks and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and incidents.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote awareness of childcare services.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience in supervisory roles is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in childcare

Certifications

• CPR Certification
• Child Psychology Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Conversational
