Job Description

We are looking for an IT Manager to oversee our Johannesburg operations. This position involves managing IT services and ensuring the implementation of innovative technology solutions. The successful applicant will have a strong leadership background in IT management and will drive technology strategies.

Responsibilities

• Direct IT operations with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
• Formulate IT strategies to support organizational goals.
• Manage the installation and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain network security and data integrity.
• Provide leadership during IT projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data protection laws.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to enhance services.
• Develop training programs to enhance the skills of IT personnel.
• Conduct regular audits of IT systems and infrastructure for compliance.
• Act as a liaison between IT and other business departments to align objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

• 5+ years of experience in IT management
