Job Description

Join our team as a Home Appliance Repairer, where you will use your technical skills to address appliance failures and provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their appliances are functioning at their best.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair household appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, and ovens.
• Identify problems in electrical circuits and components.
• Provide cost estimates for parts and labor to customers.
• Document all service and repair activities accurately.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates and recommendations.
• Support team members in high-volume service periods.
• Assist in training junior technicians as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade qualification in Electrical Services preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in appliance repair and maintenance.
