Construction Manager

Job Description

We are in search of a Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of construction projects.
• Review and analyze project proposals and contracts.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses closely.
• Coordinate project schedules with contractors and suppliers.
• Facilitate communication between field staff and project management.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
• Ensure that all construction activities are on schedule and within budget.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Masters in Construction Management is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
