This role involves advising clients on their strategic financial decisions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising. Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support advisory services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective client solutions.
• Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with external stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients.
• Identify opportunities for new business and expansion within the market.
• Stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes affecting the investment banking sector.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting
• MBA in Finance highly regarded

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or finance

Certifications

• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
