Job Description

As an Investment Banker, you will engage with a variety of clients, effectively execute transactions, and develop client relationships based on your financial expertise. You'll be integral in preparing detailed reports and presentations to support decision-making while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Generate insights from market research to support investment decisions.
• Create pitch books and client presentations that articulate investment strategies.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Conduct client meetings and follow up on proposed strategies.
• Participate in networking events to establish business relationships.
• Support junior analysts in developing their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Master's degree in Finance or an MBA is a strong advantage.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial consultancy

• CFA Level II or III
