Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our production systems and improving overall efficiency. You will utilize engineering principles to drive operational excellence and ensure that processes are both efficient and economical.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist process design projects from concept to implementation.
• Analyze market trends to inform engineering strategies.
• Utilize simulation tools to model processes and identify issues.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration to meet customer requirements.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production tasks.
• Identify training needs and facilitate skills development for staff.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies for compliance requirements.
• Implement sustainability practices in process design.
• Engage with vendors for technology enhancements.
• Review financial data to align engineering goals with budget constraints.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Engineering or related discipline
• MBA or similar is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in manufacturing or operational engineering roles
