Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our production systems and improving overall efficiency. You will utilize engineering principles to drive operational excellence and ensure that processes are both efficient and economical.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production schedules and make recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with planning and scheduling teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration.
• Assist in the development of new products and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collect and analyze data to drive decision-making.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education

• BSc in Engineering or related discipline
• MBA or similar is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in manufacturing or operational engineering roles
