Your primary responsibility will involve streamlining processes, conducting feasibility studies, and collaborating with diverse teams to implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop models to predict operational performance and identify efficiency gaps.
• Coordinate and oversee engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Facilitate workshops to provide insight into operations and gather improvement proposals.
• Conduct risk assessments related to engineering projects and suggest mitigation strategies.
• Support the integration of new technologies and adaptive strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all projects.
• Work closely with product design teams to streamline production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Engineering License is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
