Job Description

We're in search of a Warehouse Manager in Port Elizabeth to oversee daily operations in our busy warehouse. The successful candidate will manage staff, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient workflow to meet our customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt and warehousing of goods to ensure order accuracy.
• Manage the dispatch process to guarantee timely order fulfilment.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to monitor stock levels.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Create a positive working environment through strong leadership.
• Foster effective communication between departments.
• Ensure workplace safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare weekly updates.
• Participate in budget planning and cost reduction initiatives.
• Establish a training program for ongoing employee development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Logistics or Supply Chain Management certification is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of managing warehouse teams and operations
