Job Description

As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our logistics operations in Port Elizabeth. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
• Analyze and improve operational processes for cost reductions.
• Implement best practices in warehousing and distribution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges.
• Optimize warehouse space and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare logistics reports.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for the logistics team.
• Facilitate training on logistics and safety procedures.
• Foster relationships with clients to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
