As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will be responsible for applying stiffeners to insoles, ensuring quality control, and collaborating closely with the production team to meet production targets. This role is vital in guaranteeing the structural integrity of our footwear.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in operating insole stiffening machinery is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in footwear manufacturing is advantageous.
