In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, offering support for network systems, and assisting with software installation. Responsibilities

• Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues effectively.
• Implement solutions for system functionality and performance issues.
• Assist with user onboarding and setup of new equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with users to report on issue resolution.
• Audit IT processes regularly to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards within IT.
• Help manage technical documentation and user manuals.
• Provide remote support to users where applicable.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Mac OS
• Remote Desktop

Certifications

• Certified IT Support Technician (CITST)

Languages

• English: Fluent
