Responsibilities

• Utilize software tools to model and analyze structural systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects.
• Engage with local authorities to obtain necessary permits.
• Work with project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Prepare cost estimates for design and material requirements.
• Implement sustainable practices within engineering processes.
• Review and approve technical documents, plans, and proposals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification in Structural Engineering

Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in structural design and project management

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Microsoft Project

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Structural Engineer (CSE)
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
