Responsibilities

• Design and plan research projects in collaboration with the team.
• Oversee the writing and submission of scientific articles to journals.
• Mentor junior researchers and provide guidance on scientific writing.
• Evaluate and synthesize scientific literature relevant to ongoing projects.
• Develop protocols and standard operating procedures for research activities.
• Ensure alignment of research activities with organizational goals.
• Contribute to team meetings and project discussions.
• Foster partnerships with academic and research institutions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• PhD in a relevant research area is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in research and academia
