Job Description

As an Auto Tire Tech, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining tires on various vehicle types. You will utilize your strong knowledge in tire technologies and mechanics to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of tires to determine repair needs.
• Utilize tire repair kits and tools for efficient service.
• Calibrate and utilize computerized tire balancing tools.
• Document repairs and services performed for customer records.
• Assist in training new staff members on tire servicing best practices.
• Educate customers on tire care and maintenance tips.
• Support inventory management by tracking tire stock levels.
• Contribute to team meetings to enhance service processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by business needs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Further training in automotive repairs is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance
