Responsibilities

• Lead food safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Assess and manage risks related to food safety and quality.
• Provide technical guidance on food safety regulations.
• Review and revise food safety policies and procedures.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize safety practices.
• Assist in the development of hazard analysis and critical control points (HACCP) plans.
• Collaborate with purchasing to verify supplier safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Environmental Health
• Post-graduate qualifications in food safety are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in food safety or quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Auditing experience
• Data analysis skills

Certifications

• Certified Food Safety Professional (CFSP)
• ISO 22000 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
