Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to oversee and manage healthcare operations in our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient patient care and comply with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Direct healthcare operations in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor compliance and implement regulatory training.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development of patient care programs.
  • Manage the administrative budget and financial analysis.
  • Ensure efficient record-keeping and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or relevant field

  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare management
