• Implement loss prevention measures and manage shrinkage.
• Build strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Management or Retail Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within retail
