• Implement project planning tools to track progress.
• Engage in troubleshooting during the manufacturing process.
• Evaluate project proposals and assess technical feasibility.
• Develop and maintain technical standards for engineering practices.
• Support R&D activities to drive innovation.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Conduct training sessions on best practices in mechanical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in mechanical engineering role preferred
