Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.
  • Update and maintain employee HR records in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Advise managers on HR best practices and employee management.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management.
