Job Description

Dynamic HR Solutions is on the lookout for an HR Generalist who will manage various HR responsibilities in our Pretoria office. This position requires someone with extensive knowledge in HR processes and the ability to maintain positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
  • Implement employee engagement strategies to improve workplace relations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.
  • Provide support for performance management processes.
  • Assist with payroll processing and administration.
  • Advise management on HR-related matters.
