Job Description

We're seeking skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to support our manufacturing team. Ideal candidates will have experience in working with metals or plastics, and a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform machining tasks to create precision metal and plastic components.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create prototypes.
• Monitor production flow and adjust processes as necessary.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working order.
• Assist in project planning and management.
• Engage in training opportunities and workshops for skill enhancement.
• Document work processes and production results accurately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade certificate in relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar role

• CNC Operations
• Quality Control

• ISO Quality Management Certification
• Safety Training Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
