Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer to help enhance our operational processes in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for analyzing production workflows and providing strategic recommendations for improvements. Your insight will be essential in maximizing efficiency and ensuring that our manufacturing practices align with international standards of best practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement solutions.
• Investigate production delays and material shortages, proposing remedial actions.
• Facilitate workshops aimed at fostering continuous improvement culture across departments.
• Assess the impact of changes in production processes on quality and costs.
• Prepare and present findings to stakeholders to inform decisions related to production strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments.
