Responsibilities

• Utilize A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the design team for branding and marketing materials.
• Train and mentor team members in digital marketing best practices.
• Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns with concrete metrics.
• Create detailed reports on campaign performance and future strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or Business Administration
• Master's degree in Marketing is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years focused on digital marketing strategy and execution
