You will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services, including facials, waxing, and skin treatments, in a warm and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess skin type and needs.
• Apply various aesthetic treatments according to protocols and client preferences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the client experience.
• Manage inventory of aesthetic products and equipment.
• Educate clients on the importance of skincare and maintain follow-up appointments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
• Attend ongoing training and workshops to enhance skills.
• Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Document treatment outcomes and client feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy or Cosmetology
• Certifications in advanced skincare techniques preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a salon or spa environment
