Job Description

As an Internal Auditor, you will play an essential role in ensuring the integrity of our financial and operational processes. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and implementing audit plans that drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed audits and document audit results.
• Review and analyze financial data for accuracy and compliance.
• Suggest improvements in controls and processes.
• Prepare audit reports including trends and recommendations.
• Work with management to promote best practices.
• Engage cross-departmental teams for effective audits.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective measures.
• Conduct follow-up audits to assess the implementation of recommendations.
• Provide training on internal controls and compliance.
• Ensure all audit documentation is complete and accurate.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in internal auditing or related field

Certifications

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Chartered Accountant (CA) is preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
