Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate UX Designer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for design and a keen eye for detail. You'll be responsible for creating user-friendly designs and prototypes that improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to deliver a user-centric product.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Analyze user feedback to enhance designs.
• Facilitate design workshops and presentations internally.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant UX design experience

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Google Analytics: Familiarity with using data analytics to inform design.
• Familiarity with front-end coding: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
