UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate UX Designer to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for design and a keen eye for detail. You'll be responsible for creating user-friendly designs and prototypes that improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex ideas into user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct A/B testing on design changes to measure effectiveness.
• Gather and analyze user metrics to inform design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers in UX best practices.
• Develop clickable prototypes for user testing.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant UX design experience

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of accessibility standards: Understanding of WCAG and inclusivity in design.
