Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive training manuals and resources for learners.
• Implement innovative training methodologies including blended learning.
• Support employees in their learning journeys by providing coaching and mentorship.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized training programs if needed.
• Prepare annual training budgets and report on training expenses.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in training and development within a corporate setting
