Job Description

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a key partner to management in implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, oversee onboarding processes, and enhance employee satisfaction across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Support the measurement and improvement of employee satisfaction.
  • Advise management on HR policy changes and best practices.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for analysis.
  • Maintain employee training records and schedule training sessions.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution processes between employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related area is advantageous
