Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Technical Support Engineer who is adept at troubleshooting hardware and software issues. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure while providing first-class support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve daily technical issues.
  • Document and track issues using the support ticket system.
  • Participate in quarterly reviews of service delivery.
  • Support the installation and configuration of IT systems.
  • Engage with clients to understand their technology needs.

Requirements

Education

Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
