As an AI Engineer in our Pretoria office, you will focus on creating intelligent systems that utilize machine learning to solve complex challenges. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll be instrumental in all phases of AI model development—from data collection and preprocessing to training and deployment. Your role is crucial to driving our AI initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and fine-tune machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with team members for data preparation and analysis.
• Evaluate model performance and adjust as necessary.
• Document AI processes and techniques for knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to strategic planning for AI projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
• Master's degree in AI is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of industry experience in AI and machine learning
