Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented General Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering and have a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices. This role involves working on significant engineering projects, collaborating with various departments, and applying engineering methods to improve processes and designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering solutions for various projects.
• Conduct engineering analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Support the implementation of engineering processes and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Assist in the project management of engineering initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineering staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or similar)

Experience

• 3-5 years of engineering experience in a related field
